If not listed the general locations for finding your Moto Guzzi motorbike or scooter frame VIN number are:

• Head stock
  
• Frame down tubes
  
• Side frame rail
  
• Under the fuel tank or seat
  
• Engine mounting

Moto Guzzi Motorbike Models:

California
VIN / frame number is on the front of the headstock sleeve
VIN plate is on the left hand frame down tube
Engine code may be on the front left side of the engine casing
Norge
Stamped frame number is on the front steering sleeve in a dot matrix format build plate is on the front left of the frame
Engine number may be on the very front of the engine
Stelvio
VIN number is on the side of the headstock steering sleeve and is stamped in a Dot matrix format
The VIN build plate is also riveted in the same location
Engine code will be on the front or lower front left of the engine
V11 Sport
On the right had side of the headstock sleeve
VIN build data plate is riveted on the left of the same area
Engine number is usually on the front lower left of the engine
1200 Sport
VIN frame number is stamped in a dot matrix format on the right had side of the headstock
VIN build data plate is riveted on the left of the same area
